Dilse Food Truck was born from a passion for authentic Indian street food and a desire to share these incredible flavors with our community. Our journey began in 2018 when our founders, Raj and Priya, decided to bring the vibrant street food culture of Mumbai to the streets of their new home.
Every dish we serve is prepared with the same care, attention to detail, and authentic spices that you would find in the bustling streets of Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata. We source our ingredients locally whenever possible, but we never compromise on the traditional flavors that make Indian street food so special.
From our signature Chaat to our mouthwatering Kebabs, each recipe has been passed down through generations and perfected to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience.
